This specialized coaching and peer support program lasting a minimum of four months will include tools and skills that you will need to create, grow and support the management team of a tourism business: tour operators, lodges, destinations, travel agents, travel trade association and tourism board staff.

Each meeting we will encourage each other, incorporate key topics, report on successful implementation, new proficiencies and coach around obstacles and opportunities. Each group will be limited to 8 people so that we have an interactive and creative experience.
